Cobalt magnetic elements

MFM images of the 10х20 um2 staggered cobalt magnetic elements on the uniform cobalt sublayer after magnetization along the long (left) and the short (right) axis of the elements. The elements were produced by the proton irradiation of cobalt oxide film through the photoresist mask. These scans demonstrate different magnetization states and the correlation of the magnetic structure of neighboring elements.
